About
FEEL is what the Himeros Project grew into.
The Himeros Project began with a simple observation: men were starving for intimacy education that treated them as capable of depth. The work spread — to women, to couples, to a method. FEEL is the ecosystem that holds all of it.
The story
Himeros started as retreats for men — immersive, somatic, unflinchingly honest — and earned coverage in The New York Times and Allure for doing something rare: teaching men to feel rather than perform. But the retreats kept surfacing the same truth. Intimacy isn't a men's problem or a women's problem. It's a human skill almost nobody was taught.
So the work grew. Women's retreats. Couples retreats. A written curriculum — a written curriculum — and a method with twelve teachable building blocks. A weekly practice community. FEEL is the name for the whole: an ecosystem for intimacy, somatic awareness, and relational education.

How we work
What you can count on
- Consent is the ground floor. Every practice is invitational. Your no is welcome everywhere.
- The body leads. We teach through sensation and practice, not theory and diagnosis.
- Grounded, not woo. No mysticism required. Just attention, honesty, and repetition.
- Skilled containers. Trained facilitation, clear agreements, and real screening for every immersive offering.
